A little of how it happened…
This collection spans many lifetimes. It is inspired by countless faces and places and moments of joy, wonder, heartache, success, passion, and play.
What started in late 2019 as a solo project became so much more. Growing to 37 contributors during the uncertainty that was 2020-2021, we are celebrating the good of the world to maintain the energy for taking meaningful and purposeful actions against hate and destruction.
Our hope is that you find inspiration within the pages of this anthology to come together with loved ones, estranged ones, new ones to share a plate and find laugher, humanity, and peace. To see our shared culture of food.
